Delays with scheduled syncs

    Scheduled syncs are currently delayed due to an ongoing issue.

    This does not affect live sync (Airtable & SmartSuite) but only Google Sheets, Xano, and SQL based data sources.

    You might see some slight delays to Airtable & SmartSuite live-sync but your data will sync across shortly, and will soon behave as before.

    We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident, and we will be updating this post as soon as we have more information.

    Airtable live-syncing is now working as before, and the backlog of messages has been processed.

    The solution we have deployed was successful, and we are now processing the backlog of Airtable events.

    In the next 20 minutes, we should have the backlog processed and begin processing live events again.

    We will continue to monitor the situation as this rolls out.

    Airtable have updated their status page to say a fix has been implemented.

    We are seeing API requests to Airtable behave as normal but we will be monitoring it until Airtable mark the incident as resolved, and observing how live-syncing has been affected.

    If you have data out of sync with Airtable, consider running a manual sync of your data, or reaching out to our support team.
